“Nanhi Chhan” project to spread wings, will percolate to every village of Punjab, Union Minister Harsimrat Union Minister distributes 98 sewing machines, 201 insurance policies to women

Fazilka, September 3,2015 : The Union Minister for Food Processing Industry, Mrs Harsimrat Kaur Badal today said that the Nanhi Chhan project will spread its wings percolating down to each and every village of the state. Nanhi Chhan, which has already succeeded in improving sex ration in society and is churning out skilled and independent women, will now have its presence felt across the state. The project currently has 90 centers and has taught 5000 women so far.
